Welcome to 666q ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). 666q is an online gaming and sports betting information platform operated for the benefit of Pakistani players and others who access it from permitted jurisdictions. The Platform provides educational content, guides, game information and responsible gambling resources. It does not operate as a casino, sportsbook or any other form of gambling operator, and it does not accept wagers, hold player funds or process real-money transactions directly.

By accessing any part of the 666q website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and 666q. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

• "User" — Any individual who accesses, browses or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — A registered user profile created on the Platform by providing required personal information.

• "Services" — The information, educational resources, guides and tools made available through the Platform.
• "Prohibited User" — Any individual who is under the minimum age requirement, located in a restricted jurisdiction, or otherwise ineligible to use the Platform under these Terms.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of Pakistan, used for illustrative monetary references on the Platform.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" — Features including deposit limits, loss limits, session timers and self-exclusion mechanisms available to Users.

To register for and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

Your use of the Platform is subject to the following conditions. By continuing to use 666q, you agree to comply with all of these at all times:

• You will not engage in any conduct that constitutes harassment, abuse or harm directed at any other User or member of the 666q team.
• You will not use the Platform to facilitate, promote or engage in any unlawful activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud or terrorist financing.

666q reserves the right to monitor use of the Platform to ensure compliance with these Terms. Any breach may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, with or without prior notice, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

Certain features of the Platform may require you to register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information as prompted by the registration form.
• Maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify 666q immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

Each User may hold only one account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed, with any pending benefits forfeited.

666q reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, including where eligibility requirements are not satisfied or where there is reason to suspect fraudulent intent.

666q is an informational platform and does not directly process deposits, withdrawals or financial transactions. All monetary transactions are handled by the relevant licensed operator to which a User may be referred. The following points govern the treatment of payment references on the Platform:

• 666q accepts no liability for any losses arising from payment processing issues, delays or failures by third-party providers.

Where 666q publishes information about bonuses, promotions or special offers available from third-party operators, the following conditions apply:

All content published on 666q — including but not limited to text, articles, guides, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 666q or its content licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

• No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed or used in any derivative work without the express prior written consent of 666q.
• The 666q name, logo and associated marks are protected. Unauthorised use of these marks in connection with any product, service or website is strictly prohibited.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view Platform content for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
• Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you submit to 666q may be used by us without restriction, compensation or attribution.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 666q, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its content.
• Any financial loss arising from reliance on information published on the Platform, including but not limited to betting tips, odds information, game strategy guides or bonus descriptions.
• Any loss arising from inaccuracies, errors or omissions in Platform content, even if 666q has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of Platform access, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss arising from third-party operator conduct, including but not limited to payment processing failures, account closures or bonus disputes.

666q reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your access to the Platform, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification.
• You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive or unlawful conduct on the Platform.
• You are found to be a Prohibited User as defined in Section 2.
• Continued provision of services to you is no longer commercially or legally viable for 666q.

You may also request the closure of your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon account closure, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitations of liability and governing law — shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operator's registered jurisdiction. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any other applicable statutes or regulations.

666q does not represent, warrant or imply that the Platform or its content is appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice, and Users are strongly encouraged to seek independent legal counsel if they are uncertain about the lawfulness of their activities under local law.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of the operator's registered jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

666q reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and, if applicable, request account closure as described in Section 11.

We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of significant changes where practicable, but are under no obligation to do so for minor corrections, clarifications or formatting updates that do not materially affect User rights.
